The company urged its suppliers to comply with Chinese customs laws to avoid fines or import barriers on shipments from Taiwan to China. Apple thinks that China may make an attempt to take revenge on the USA.

Apple does not want to have problems with production

The Cupertino-based tech company has informed its suppliers that China has started to strictly enforce the rule that all parts and components made in Taiwan must be labeled “Taiwan, China” or “Chinese Taipei” as the place of manufacture.
