NVIDIA Studio’s creative content series features artwork by featured designers, along with their creative tips and tricks. It also aims to demonstrate how NVIDIA Studio technology accelerates creative workflows.
3D designer Jae Solina, using the alias JSFILMZ, is visiting NVIDIA Studio this week to share the unique 3D creative workflow in making the Cyberpunk short film, a mysterious story of a tense exchange between two secret people.
A good movie buff, JSFILMZ draws inspiration from the innovative generation of film directors Christopher Nolan, David Fincher and George Lucas. He likes their combination of technical flair and storytelling abilities enhanced by exciting plotlines. The cyberpunk short film delivers stunning realism with ray-traced lighting and shadows and reflections complemented by rich, vibrant colours.
Using the Omniverse Machinima app and Reallusion iClone Connector, JSFILMZ quickly creates the movie in just one day with the NVIDIA Omniverse platform for 3D design coordination and environment simulation. It can easily switch between systems using NVIDIA RTX A6000 GPU and GeForce RTX 3070 Notebook GPU.
