Nintendo has announced that the new Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Splatoon 3 Edition console will be released very soon. Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Splatoon 3 Edition is inspired by the upcoming Splatoon 3 for Nintendo Switch (sold separately) and is embellished with splatter ink straight from Splatsville. It includes one blue and one yellow Joy-Con controller with a white back and a white, graffiti-themed Nintendo Switch dock. You can see the console in the video below.
Players will engage opponents in chaotic 4 vs 4 Turf warfare where teams must cover most of the floor with their own ink to win and discover new content, weapons and trendy gear. Splatoon 3 also features a single player mode and a co-op Salmon Run mode. Join Agent 3 in the single-player story mode to fight against the rebellious Octarians and discover the secrets of mysterious places called Alterna and Fuzzy Ooze. When players dive into Salmon Run, they can collaborate with teammates** to fend off waves of dangerous Salmonid bosses, some of which are gigantic.
Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Splatoon 3 Edition features a 7-inch OLED display with vibrant colors, a large and adjustable stand, a new dock with wired LAN port for online gaming, 64GB internal storage and built-in speakers with enhanced audio for handheld and desktop gaming . Just like the Nintendo Switch, the Nintendo Switch (OLED model) allows users to play on the TV and share detachable Joy-Con controllers for multiplayer entertainment. Nintendo Switch – The OLED Model Splatoon 3 Edition console will be available starting Friday, August 26.
