In his first tweet since the crypto hedge fund collapse, Zhu posted screenshots showing his legal advisers willingness to work with liquidators.
The co-founder of Three Arrows Capital released screenshots of an email sent from his legal counsel to the legal representatives of the Three Arrows liquidators and broke his silence on Twitter. Zhu stated that “well-intentioned work efforts” were being ignored.
In legal documents submitted recently, lawyers for the Three Arrows liquidators said that Zhu and Davies did not cooperate in the proceedings and their whereabouts are unknown.
Three Arrows’ legal counsel, Christopher Daniel, explained that his clients are facing threats of physical violence and several issues from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday morning in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
