Xiaomi not only introduced the Xiaomi 12S series smartphones at its event today, but also announced the new Mi Band 7 Pro smart bracelet. The device appears as an enhanced version of the Mi Band 7 on the market.
We can say that the smart bracelet is similar in appearance to the Redmi Smart Band Pro or Honor Band 6. It has a rectangular case. Due to the changed form factor, the AMOLED display has gotten a little bigger and now measures 1.64 inches. The panel offers a resolution of 280 × 456 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi.
Finally got built-in GPS
The Chinese company has added an ambient light sensor to the device that adjusts the brightness. There are Always On Display mode and 180+ new watch faces available. Users will be able to change the appearance of the smart bracelet thanks to different strap options.
In addition to the renewed design and the enlarged screen, the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro also includes the built-in GPS feature that users have been waiting for a long time. It also has support for Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS. Let’s not pass without mentioning the NFC and Bluetooth BLE 5.2 technologies.
The smart bracelet comes with a 235 mAh battery that promises up to 12 days of use on a single charge. It also has a water resistance rating of up to 5 ATM. Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro includes 117 sports modes, 14 of which are professional. It also has functions such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking and measuring the oxygen level in the blood. The price tag is $60.
