Information about the Apple Watch Series 8, which will be introduced in the coming months, continues to come. In the past months, many sources have stated that the Watch Series 8 may come with a temperature sensor. Later, although some sources stated that the sensor will not be able to reach this year, Apple is working seriously to bring the sensor to the Watch Series 8.
Watch Series 8 will not show your body temperature but will let you know when you have a fever
Mark Gurman, known for his sources close to Apple, stated that Apple has focused on temperature sensor studies in the past months. It seems that Apple has made a serious effort to bring this feature to the Watch Series 8. According to Gurman, the Watch Series 8 models will get a body temperature sensor, but the watches will not show the body temperature directly to the users. According to Gurman, the Watch Series 8 will alert users when they have a fever. It is not known why Apple developed such a system, but the low accuracy of the sensor may have pushed the company to such a system.
Although Gurman does not guarantee that the Watch Series 8 will have a body temperature sensor, he stated that it will most likely happen. The Apple Watch Series 8 will be a very similar device to the Watch Series 7, except for its new sensor. The new Watch Series devices are expected to have the same design and processor as the Watch Series 7.
