Brands such as Lamborghini and Porsche, which we know with their performance and very fast vehicles, produce SUVs that can meet the needs of their users when it comes to convenience and comfort. Although they do not stand out as much as sports vehicles, it is certain that these vehicles are not behind in terms of speed.
Now, SUV models of performance vehicle manufacturers, which do not compromise on comfort and speed at the same time, came face to face in the drag race. The results of Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, BMW X6M, Tesla Model X and Jeep Trackhawk, which came across on the carwow channel on YouTube, are quite surprising.
The electric Tesla Model X is somewhat unforgiving:
The most powerful model among the vehicles is the Tesla Model X with 778 horsepower. Offering a great value of 1.140Nm in terms of torque, the vehicle weighs approximately 2.5 tons. The weakest of the group is the BMW X6 M Competition with 625 horsepower and 750Nm of torque. Porsche Turbo GT has 640 horsepower, Lamborghini Urus 650 and Jeep Trackhawk 707 horsepower.
It can be seen that Tesla took advantage of being electric in the 400-meter race. Here, the vehicle that comes closest to it is the Porsche Cayenne. But as the distance increases, the rankings change quite radically. During these races, you can notice that the Jeep Trackhawk’s not-so-efficient aerodynamic structure greatly reduces its performance.
The vehicles, which are also tested in different driving modes, have a different winner in almost every race. In the brake test, the Lamborghini Urus manages to stop in the shortest time. At this point, Jeep is the last with its braking distance, which is quite long compared to the others.
