According to the information received from the anonymous source, FTX has not made an official offer, and a final decision has not been made on the subject. It is also among the information that FTX may choose not to make a deal.
FTX Accelerates Its Operations
While the decline in the crypto industry has forced many companies to take steps to downsize, FTX does not seem to be affected. The company recently started negotiations to buy shares from BlockFi.
FTX has also increased its staffing. Many exchanges, such as Coinbase and Gemini, have laid off many of their staff to avoid losses.
