Fender, one of the world’s leading guitar manufacturers, announced that it has partnered with Meta to create a guitar-themed Horizon World where users can collect chords to collaborate on songs. Guitar enthusiasts will likely enjoy a weekend trip to the gigantic guitar-shaped venue.
Fender announced that they are working with Meta Horizon. The world in the Metaverse is a giant Statocaster-shaped island floating above the clouds. When users enter The Fender Stratoverse, they will be able to make music with their avatars. By the way, this will be a bit of a gaming experience. Users will take part in a “scavenger hunt” where they find hidden guitar chords scattered around the world in the form of a guitar pick. Once users’ chords are obtained, they will be sent back to the world’s “Riff Maker”. Once the chords are collected, users will be able to use them as they wish to create their own delicious riffs.
