The case in which Porçay was charged with a 4 years and 2 months prison sentence was upheld.
Erkan Porçay, whose lawsuit against him on the charge of encouraging the use of drugs and stimulants was upheld by the court today, said in a post on Twitter that “No hearing was held for him to express himself and the case was approved”.
