Porçay (Erkan Porçay), who gives his followers fun moments with the videos he publishes on YouTube, has close to 1 million followers. However, Porçay’s videos for entertainment started to give her a headache a while ago.

Porçay, who was sued for a video he published as Ezhel Parodi last February, gave the sad news to his fans with the post he made today.

The case in which Porçay was charged with a 4 years and 2 months prison sentence was upheld.

Erkan Porçay, whose lawsuit against him on the charge of encouraging the use of drugs and stimulants was upheld by the court today, said in a post on Twitter that “No hearing was held for him to express himself and the case was approved”. In his statements a while ago, he explained that they were trying to explain that the parody video he had shot was a joke.

However, the video, which Porçay described as a joke, was taken seriously by the court and the investigation opened against it was approved without going to the hearing. Porçay, on the other hand, stated that he will go to Çağlayan Courthouse tomorrow and surrender, and stated that he will not escape the outcome of this lawsuit.
