According to a post shared by Alessandro Paluzzi on Twitter, Instagram is working to hide the number of Reels likes and views. Accordingly, Reels posts will no longer contain numbers under the likes and comments sections.
We can say that posts with a high number of likes are much more likely to receive new likes. It is a fact that the chances of other shares are less against videos with high likes in the reels section. With this new feature, Instagram aims to make users like it without being influenced.
Instagram has also started testing the new full-screen homepage display. In addition, work continues to show video and reels shares in full screen. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the new feature with a post on Instagram.
