The First Trailer of Prey to be Published on Disney Plus Has Arrived

Predator is a story set in the world of Comanche Nation . The title character of Prey, the fifth film in the series, is Naru, a skilled female warrior, fighting to protect her tribe from one of the first highly advanced predators to land on Earth. Introduced with the slogan “Lives to hunt”, the film depicts the war of an Indian tribe fighting with arrows against technological weapons.

Set 300 years ago in the world of the Comanche Nation, “Prey” is the story of a very talented female warrior named Naru. Naru grew up in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters to ever inhabit the Great Plains, so when danger threatens them, he sets out to protect his people. The enemy he pursues and eventually confronts turns out to be an extremely well-trained alien hunter with a highly technically advanced arsenal. It causes a vicious and terrible showdown between the two enemies.

“Prey” is directed by Dan Trachtenberg, written by Patrick Aison, and produced by John Davis and Jhane Myers. The cast includes names such as Amber Midthunder , Dane DiLiegro , Stefany Mathias and Dakota Beavers .

Prey, which will be released on August 5, has a fully Comanche -speaking language option on the Hulu platform and can also be watched with Comanchi subtitles. It was the first time that a full-length feature film was used in the Comanche language, making the film history.
