There has been an ongoing discussion between Android and iOS users for years. Android Central conducted a survey measuring the attitude of Android users towards the iOS operating system. Android users who answered the survey shared their opinions about iOS.
Android users do not find the iOS operating system sufficient
Android offers its users a different interface and usage experience. iOS, on the other hand, lags behind Android in this regard, as it is only available on devices manufactured by Apple. However, iOS users have a better user experience as the operating system and hardware are produced by a single company.
Although security measures have increased in the Android operating system, the number of malware in the Google Play Store is too high to be underestimated. On the other hand, Apple manages to surpass Android in this regard, as it controls App Store applications with strict rules. Unfortunately, it is not possible to say that both operating systems are completely safe.
Android Central, to its readers Did the iOS 16 operating system make you want to change your Android device? posed the question. The survey, in which approximately 14 thousand users participated, includes the options “No, I am still using Android”, “Yes, I am curious about iOS” and “I already have an iOS device”.
Approximately 62 percent of users stated that they continued with the Android operating system, while 23 percent stated that they were curious about the iOS 16 platform. 13 percent said they are already iPhone users.
Commenting on the survey, an Android user said, “Apple seems to be copying everything from Android anyway. Apple usually offers the feature Android released a few years ago and then pretends it was invented for the first time. In order for the Android operating system to become more stable, users need to provide feedback.” made statements.
Another user asked, “If there was no Android operating system, where would Apple be inspired for their ideas 3 years from now?” said. Some users claim that Android is still not enough in terms of usage experience and stability.
