Dogecoin co-founder Jackson Palmer said in a recent interview with The Project that cryptocurrencies facilitate fraud. According to him, the crypto industry, which exists outside of the government’s control, provides an easy tool for scammers due to irreversible transactions. But the Australian software developer did not go so far as to claim that the crypto itself is a scam.

The software developer admitted that he is happy that he did not get rich with Dogecoin. Palmer said that crypto millionaires who are unaware of the fact that other people are losing money tend to have rose-tinted glasses. As we reported earlier, Palmer recently came to the fore with his discussion with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The Dogecoin co-founder has repeatedly criticized Musk as a “scammer”.

During the most recent interview, Palmer also talked about celebrities promoting cryptocurrencies and crypto trading platforms, claiming that everyone has a price.

While people tend to lose a lot of money with stocks as well, Palmer points to the fact that these markets are tightly regulated.
