Shiba Inu (SHIB) seeks peak adoption

  • Shiba Inu (SHIB) today guested on one of Argentina’s most popular radio channels. “The power of the Shiba Inu,” said Julieta Schulkin, host of popular FM channel Urbana Play 104.3 FM, in a tweet.
  • A popular hotel and resort from Dubai opens to Europe. FIVE Hotels, a major Dubai-based accommodation facility, plans to open branches in the Swiss capital and start accepting crypto payments for reservations and services. Now payments with BTC and ETH are ready.
  • New Terra Luna Classic “token burn proposal” received 93% favour. Now 35% of the total supply will be burned. Additionally, 5% was reserved for developers.
  • Circle acquires Web3 platform Cybavo. This move strengthens the adoption of stablecoin USDC. In addition, Circle wishes to develop and operate CYBAVO’s products and services and integrate them as a new product pillar for Circle.
  • Solana Ventures and the Solana Foundation have set up a $100 million fund to support the growth of NFTs, Blockchain games and DeFi projects in South Korea. Additionally, the fund will help some Terra-based projects survive after the ecosystem collapsed last month.
  • A huge Bitcoin whale recently pulled $67,818,648 worth of Bitcoin from the Coinbase exchange.
  • Dallas-based money transfer company MoneyGram has announced the launch of a crypto-to-money service in partnership with the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF). The service is available in several major remittance markets, including the Philippines and the US. It is also expected to be available in more countries by the end of the year.
  • Privacy-focused cryptocurrency Monero has announced the details of its tail emission upgrade.
  • Whale Alert reports that Ripple and several leading exchanges have transferred more than 335 million XRP. The transfer came at a time when the XRP price was on the decline. The largest transaction was made by Ripple when it moved 70,000,000 tokens to one of their backup wallets, RL18-VN.
  • Ethereum has lost the key support level and has fallen to its lowest price point since early 2021.
  • Xumm Wallet added a login method similar to Web2. So, in a recent update, XRPL developers deployed the OAuth2 “PKCE Authorization Code” flow to allow both users and developers to sign in to their Xumm wallet using an XRPL account. With this application, the Xumm Wallet team aims to create a Web3 product with the ease of use of Web2.

  • Shiba Inu has released the world’s first fast food NFT for Welly, the burger joint on its network. Phase one went live on June 9, 2022 and the mint phase started.
  • Polygon has partnered with NFTically to launch the e-commerce metaverse.
