Goat Simulator 3, a game that probably no one expected to be announced, was introduced today with an interesting promotional trailer as part of Summer Game Fest. If you have seen the Dead Island 2 trailer, we are sure that you will describe this trailer as a parody of it.
If you are asking why Goat Simulator 3 was not expected, the answer is simple: There is no game called Goat Simulator 2. Developer Coffee Stain Studios is switching the series directly to its third game, skipping the second game. The reason is… There is no reason for that either.
The studio is adding a four-player multiplayer mode to the game for even more mayhem. Pilgor the Goat will have many new secrets, collectibles, quests and hats to find this time around in the farmyard experience.
Coffee Stain states, “Since the launch of the first Goat Simulator, we’ve realized what it feels like to be a goat. We’ve been researching for the past few years and we’re happy to say: We made it! Goat Simulator 3 is on! The ultimate goat experience. Is it worth the money? Who knows… But will you regret it? Probably.”
Goat Simulator 3 will be released in the fall of 2022 for the Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X – S and PlayStation 5. Adding to this list on PC as well.
