Tether will launch the largest stablecoin USDT on the Tezos network. USDt on Tezos will power revolutionary applications in payments, DeFi and more.
Tether CTO Paolo Ardoino said:

Tezos will be the 12th network where Tether’s USDT can be used. Tether also announced the launch of USDT on Polygon the other day.
Tether has been expanding the network reach of USDT in recent weeks. Apart from Tezos, USDT can be used on Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Polygon, Algorand, Tron, Omni, EOS, Liquid Network, Kusama and Bitcoin Cash’s Standard Ledger Protocol.
Tether said that the launch of USDT on Tezos will help the DeFi ecosystem of the blockchain network. “Several major projects have been launched at Tezos, including those in the fashion, music, gaming and arts industries,” Tether told The Block.
