Apple, on the first day of Apple Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC), which it started to organize on June 6, or as it is known in our country, Apple World Developers Conference, new iOS 16, iPadOS 16 introduced the watchOS 9 and macOS 13 operating systems.

Although the main new features were introduced here, there were also innovations that could not find a place in the event. According to the information revealed today, iOS 16 will support the Nintendo Switch controller.

iPhones with iOS 16 will support Nintendo Switch controller!

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Cons support has emerged in the iOS 16 developer beta released by Apple last Monday. Of course, we cannot experience this at the moment. However, as of next month, when the public beta version is released, we will be able to start using the controllers in our homes.

In addition, let’s point out that you can only use next-generation controllers, that is, a device that offers Bluetooth connectivity, with your iPhone. Similar support is expected to come with iPadOS 16. Therefore, you can now use a single controller for your macOS computer, tablet and phone.

Of course, if you have Joy-Cons, you will be able to use this device as two separate controllers, that is, you will be able to play with your friends on a single device. But let’s say you need to connect the two as separate devices.
