It is among the leaked information that the new Galaxy Z Fold model will be introduced with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 has one Cortex-X2 running at 3.19GHz, three Cortex-A710 running at 2.75GHz and four Cortex-A510 cores running at 1.80GHz. Produced with TSMC’s 4nm technology, the processor has Adreno graphics interface.
It is stated that Dynamic AMOLED 2X will be used on both screens of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 model. The main screen of the device will have a size of 7.6 inches and a QXGA Plus resolution. The main screen, which is stated to have a value of 374 PPI, will be introduced with a resolution of 2208 × 1768 pixels. The outer screen will have a size of 6.2 inches and HD Plus resolution. The resolution of the external screen, which will appear with 387 PPI, will be 2268×832 pixels.
One of the most important changes in the Galaxy Z Fold 4 model is storage space. Samsung had removed memory card support in the Galaxy Z Fold 3 model. According to the leaked information, there will be 1 TB storage option in the Galaxy Z Fold 4 model, as there will be no memory card support. It is stated that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 model will be introduced with 12 GB and 16 GB RAM options. On the storage side, there will be three options, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB.
The model, which is predicted to come with a triple camera array, will use a 50 Megapixel main camera, 12 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and 12 telephoto lens. It is stated that 10 Megapixel and 16 Megapixel lenses will be preferred for the selfie camera.
It has been leaked that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 1TB version will be launched with a price tag of $1,999. It is estimated that the company will introduce your new foldable devices in August 2022.
