International Data Corporation (IDC) has come up with a new report on mobile device sales. The research company recently announced the best-selling smartphones in the first quarter of 2022. Now it has listed the most popular tablets.

Data published by IDC revealed that the best-selling phones in the world in the first quarter of the year were iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Apple dominates the bestseller list in the tablet market, just as it does in smartphones.
There are 4 iPads in the Top 5
The undisputed leader of the tablet market in the first quarter of 2022 was the 9th generation iPad. Next comes the 6th generation iPad mini, which is still in great demand today thanks to its redesigned and compact dimensions. In third place is the 2021 iPad Pro.
When we look at the table, we see that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has managed to take the fourth place in the bestseller list. Apple’s 4th generation iPad Air is in fifth place. First quarter market shares are as follows:
