At the Computex 2022 fair, where technology giants showed their strength, interesting ideas of unknown companies took the stage. A Chinese company has announced a charging adapter that can provide 340W of energy.
The most powerful GaN adapter
The GaN, gallium nitrate charging adapter developed by Chinese Wii Power can transfer 340W of energy and is the most powerful GaN adapter in the market. The adapter, which can provide 20V energy up to 17 Amps, also has a USB Type-C output with 40W support. The project targets gaming laptops.

Another product is a laptop adapter that gives a total output of 240W, 140W with USB PD 3.1 output and 100W with USB Type-C port. There is also a screen on which you can see the voltage values. Finally, the USB PD 3.1 supported adapter, which can output 140W, is among the projects. Wii Power is still developing these and they won’t be on the market for a while.
