Dyson showcased a series of robot prototypes that it says can perform a variety of household chores. The company has not made detailed statements about the prototypes, but it is focused on launching such a device by 2030. In this context, it will employ 700 people in the field of robotics in the next 5 years.
‘We do a lot of research in robotics that no one knows about’
Dyson has publicly shared prototypes of new robotics products that it has never mentioned before. Looking at the shared information and images, the robots will be able to do housework with precision.
Stating that it employs 250 robotic engineers in many disciplines including computer vision, machine learning, sensors and mechatronics, the company said that this year, half of them are engineers in total. He said that 2,000 people were taken.
The company’s chief engineer, Jake Dyson, said that they did a lot of research on robotics that nobody knew because there was a great future in robotics.
