Shiba Inu adds media veteran to the project

Shiba Inu announces the addition of a media veteran to its virtual reality project team, demonstrating its determination to make its metaverse project one of the best in the cryptocurrency industry. According to the SHIB blog post, Marcie Jastrow, who has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, has been added to the team to oversee the SHIB: The Metaverse project. Commenting on the development, Jastrow said:

It is a great honor to be a part of such an amazing project. ShibArmy is truly one of the strongest communities in the field, I’m excited to help build a great place for the entire community to explore and call home.

Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama reacted to Jastrow’s appointment by tweeting:

Who is Jastrow?

Jastrow is seen as an excellent choice for the team due to his expertise in the media and entertainment industry. As the future of Shiba Inu’s metaverse project will bring partnerships with other firms, Jastrow will use his expertise to guide these brand partnerships. Part of his responsibility will include providing a broad approach that will create a conducive environment in which exceptional products and features can be presented. The senior entertainment specialist will join other giants working on the Shiba Inu project after his appointment.

As we reported on Kriptokoin.com, last year the Shiba Inu development team added senior game developer William Volk, who is currently among the developers of the upcoming SHIB play-to-win game. The addition of Jastrow comes less than a week after the Shiba Inu announced that it has appointed Craig Kessler as its first Legal Counsel.

It is worth noting that before Jastrow was appointed as a member of the Shiba Inu metaverse project, he gained more than 20 years of experience in different entertainment companies. He is a former Business Development Consultant at Evercast and VP of Media at Technicolor. According to his LinkedIn profile, some of his roles at Immersive Media Technicolor include running architectural marketing that spans augmented reality, mixed reality and virtual reality.
