The US congress held its first public hearing in 50 years on unidentified flying objects, namely UFOs. In this session, lawmakers, military pilots and Pentagon officials were heard and promised to bring transparency to the investigation of the reports.

Pentagon officials testifying showed a pre-classified color video of a reflective spherical object speeding past a military fighter jet.

Pentagon officials said in their affidavits that the government did not collect supplies from any aliens that landed on Earth. The highlight of the trial was a distant image of a spherical object taken from the window of an FA-18 fighter jet last year. The pilot clearly reported that he was observing an object. Pentagon officials also released another video. This video featured objects shot with night vision lenses, showing bright green triangles moving through the air.

There is still no logical explanation for the first video shot on the West Coast in 2019. However, the small triangles in the second recording made on the East Coast this year were determined to be drones, making it clear that those seen in this video were not UFOs.

The Pentagon is creating a new task force to gather more information about incidents and review reports so they can be identified better and faster. Ronald S. Moultrie, undersecretary for intelligence at the Department of Defense, said they had to make sure military sensors were properly calibrated to gather more information about unexplained objects. Better, more accurate data will allow the Pentagon to draw better conclusions about unidentified objects.

The Directorate of National Intelligence released a report last year cataloging unexplained weather events from 2004, largely compiled by the military. The intelligence community has criticized the document for failing to draw conclusions or provide explanations about many of the events.

Scott W. Bray, deputy director of naval intelligence, also tried to explain during the session why it was so difficult to identify images in blurry videos. But lawmakers insisted the Pentagon was ignoring the allegations. “You need to show us, Congress, and the American people, whose imagination you’ve captured the imagination, that you’re willing to follow the facts,” said André Carson, Indiana Democratic Representative and chairman of the House Intelligence subcommittee.

Senior US officials have long been accused of ignoring theories that suggest unidentified objects captured in video could be aliens. This is why this session is considered an important development.

UFOs, the work of China and Russia?

Arkansas Republican Party Representative Rick Crawford said he was more interested in the session’s discussion of Russian or Chinese hypersonic weapons programs rather than unidentified objects. That’s why he underlined the importance of identifying images. Crawford said that the government’s failure to detect objects in sensitive areas of operation “is tantamount to an intelligence error that we absolutely want to avoid,” and continued: “This is not just about finding alien vehicles…”

Here are some names. , they suspect that the unidentified objects could be Chinese or Russian technology. And they say that will be a major concern.

Tennessee Republican Representative Tim Burchett also attended the session, although he was not a member of the Intelligence Committee, and claimed that the Pentagon was not transparent about the findings: “On one level, I think it’s a cover-up.”
