The mobile versions of Intel Arc graphics technologies, implemented by Intel with great investments, were introduced last month. Desktop versions, on the other hand, were projected over an image that was thought to be a template design. The real image of this design without a power connection has also emerged.
What will Intel Arc desktop offer?
A visual card shared by Intel volunteer Tom Petersen revealed 3 8-pin power connectors. Intel Arc graphics cards can draw energy up to 450W over these connections.

The specifications of this board are not known yet however, the 450W energy value indicates that it is a high-end card in the style of Intel Arc 770. It does not go unnoticed that Intel is generous on the performance side. It’s probably in the position of a graphics card that will compete with the RTX 3070 or RTX 3080. Previously, a card with a consumption of around 220W was on the agenda. In terms of cooling design, it is possible that this image belongs to a prototype. Still, it hints at Intel’s plans.
