The phones will be at least as powerful as last year’s Pros and will have a similar camera experience except for optical zoom capabilities. There is also the issue that the base model will have larger batteries compared to the Pro variants.
All this makes the iPhone 15 models great, especially the base model. The $799 price tag sounds even better considering the rumored iPhone 15 Pro will start at $1,099 instead of $999.
