One of the most important cost items of solar panel fields that produce electrical energy in clean ways is the construction activities at the installation site. Excavating the foundations on which the solar panels will sit, pouring concrete and placing the iron piles, and then the assembly and wiring of the individual panels takes a serious amount of time and labor. Moreover, if you need to move the field, the operations are multiplied.

Setting out to find solutions to such problems, the Australian 5B company creates a folding module by combining 90 solar panels manufactured at the factory. The system, which is self-cabled, mostly sitting with its own weight, can be taken from the container with a fork lift and placed with a team of 3 people, one of which is the operator. In its recent record attempt, the company even managed to get 1.1 MW of solar panel operational in one day with a team of less than 10 people. It is possible to install more than 1 MW per week with 3 people.

Since the system, which comes ready integrated with each other, comes in a plug and play form, there is no need for a gap between the panels, so almost two layers of panels are placed per land.

Each opened solar panel module has a total of 90 540 Watt panels. Their total power is about 50 kWp. Moreover, this system can be collected, taken to another place and mounted when necessary. Therefore, mining companies are very interested in this product. The Australian company is preparing to open a factory in North America by raising $36 million in its latest funding round.
