More than half of Americans think cryptocurrencies will be the “future of finance,” according to a new study.
According to a national survey conducted by OnePoll on behalf of StarkWare, approximately 53% of American respondents think cryptocurrencies will be the “future of finance”.
It turned out that this rate is about 70% for people aged 25-34, and around 60% for people aged 35-44. About 17% of respondents said they have invested in digital assets. This rate increased by 28% in the 25-34 age group.
On Tuesday, StarkWare, one of several firms developing Ethereum scaling solutions, published its cryptocurrency survey report. Eli Ben-Sasson, President of StarkWare, said:
According to the report, investors are constantly monitoring and modifying their investments.
StarkWare reports that it has conducted this survey for the launch of its new StarkNet platform, which aims to create simple and affordable blockchain applications for developers.
While the survey indicated that most people had a high level of trust in cryptocurrencies, it also revealed that many respondents had difficulty grasping the concept of blockchain technology.
