Some people who use various means to post on social media unfortunately lose their lives due to the danger of these ways. A new one was added to these events the other day. A 15-year-old Mexican girl was killed by a bullet from the submachine gun she used to shoot the video.
The girl named ‘Yazmin Esmeralda’ was trying to pose for the video with a submachine gun, according to the shared details. Finding the gun under the bedroom closet, the girl told her younger brother to shoot her while she was holding the gun. But the gun was accidentally fired and Esmeralda died on the spot.
It is unknown how the gun got into the house:
No information was found about how the gun got into the house in the first place. The Mexican army had long ago removed the use of Uzis due to the difficulty of using the gun’s safety lock and prone to accidental firing. However, Mexico is among the countries where the illegal arms trade is the highest, especially due to cartels.
The girl’s desire to shoot a video with a submachine gun is also shown as part of the bitter culture here. In Mexico, some drug lords can be seen as ‘symbols of success’ by some sections of the public, especially because they have managed to rise from poverty to riches. This can make the environment in which children grow up more dangerous.
