South Korea-based gaming company Wemade has announced that it will donate $100 million in cryptocurrency to UNICEF over the next 100 years. Donations will be made in the form of $1 million each year. WEMIX was chosen for the cryptocurrency to be paid.
Wemade Donates $100 Million WEMIX to UNICEF
Wemade will donate to UNICEF in the WEMIX cryptocurrency for the next 100 years. The annual value of the donations is $1 million in total. In other words, the company will donate $100 million in cryptocurrency to UNICEF at the end of 100 years. The name of the agreement signed between the two was announced as “100 Years Promise”.
The donation will go to UNICEF’s Reimagine Education project and children’s education programs like other children’s rights projects around the world.
